ok, tried screenprinting at home today, was making a present. now i know i must be more harsh on myself with the organization of work. every lesson costs.  but present is made, with some faults, but … let’s say that makes it even special? no, i’ll do better next time. and i need a bigger squeegee. and a workplace, cause it’s a bit of a mess transforming a room into “printing place” and watch out for color stains … and a thorough cleaning afterwards to hide any traces. check also your hair for any highlights.

i planned to spend a week on faculty seminars, but (as usual something like this happens and thankgod it does) was invited to collaborate on a corporate identity project. it’s fun: we play with patterns, listen to good music and laugh a lot. oh, well, yeah, day is mostly spend in the studio, but sun caress us.

and yesterday, when i wanted some fresh air, finally went across the street and spend some money on my long-wanted project to have my own screenprinting “equipment”. next investment is surely (at least) one big screen. and hopefully talks about me having workshops on screenprinting are true and soon realized. keep fingers crossed.

note-to-self: find something that you’re good at (and continue to improve yourself) and cling onto that. it is the only way you can stay sane.

i attented mountain film festival and saw some amazing movies. i highly respect these people, i know i’ll never have the guts to do things they do. and at the moment i’m waiting for warmer days to head for mountains.

finally long-awaited job done: photo wedding book for (not so anymore) newlyweds: my sister and her husband. they got married on 13th november last year. and hopefully they get presents in the mail before easter.
